A magnificent property located on Lake Minnetonka, slated for demolition to make way for a new residence, in which the eco-conscious homeowner wanted to salvage the materials. Rather than allowing the high-end cabinetry and maple flooring to go to waste, they enlisted our team for a site visit. Our skilled SREs provided them with several appraisals for their generous donation, and we proceeded to salvage and reclaim a wide range of materials, including built-in buffets, hardwood flooring, bathrooms, windows, doors, garage doors, cedar siding, and more.
The homeowner received a tax donation and was thrilled with our work, which was completed quickly and efficiently. The developer was also impressed with our services and continues to rely on us for their projects due to our exceptional efficiency and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Cabinetry, island, built-in with bench seating, hardwood floor, windows and appliances were all salvaged.
A total of 8 tons were collected from this home, including a wine closet, 2 fireplaces, stairway system including treads and banisters, windows and fixtures.
