Our operations are centered around prioritizing safety, which serves as a foundational principle guiding our decisions. We strive to establish a culture of mutual care, where individuals share in our collective commitment towards achieving zero incidents. 

Our Deconstruction Specialists undergo 10 weeks of OSHA certification with a certified instructor, and are equipped with all necessary safety gear to not only feel safe, but to also work safely. Additionally, we provide our clients with safety plans and handbooks, which are readily available upon request both prior to, during, and after their project. Above all, we value the well-being of our employees.

Our strong safety culture is built upon a proven methodology that encompasses various components, including an emergency preparedness plan, measures to safeguard the public, ongoing training and safety protocols for our trade partners, and an emphasis on jobsite cleanliness.
