Birch Group doesn’t just deconstruct homes, we disrupt waste. In this Edina project, we reclaimed modern design elements including a waterfall countertop, hardwood floors, expansive windows, and a full apartment kitchen. The homeowners went further, donating washers, dryers, high-end furniture, and exterior sconces, proving that sustainability is a choice, not an afterthought.

We completed the project under a tight five-day schedule, including material transportation. Most importantly, two green jobs were created, with team members now working as Birch Group Lead Deconstructors and advancing their education every three months as part of our on going training requirements. This isn’t just green demolition, it’s deconstruction with purpose.
