The three working days included the change order the client wanted to demo a wall for a great room foyer expansion.

“We delivered, reclaiming the original scope and the change order without compromise.”

reuse salvage deconstruction birch group

This remodel was more than construction, it was a test of accountability. The homeowner was upgrading two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and expanding the living room, and Birch Group was brought in to ensure nothing of value went to waste. We salvaged appliances, cabinetry, hardwood flooring, lighting, and bathtubs, then, mid-project, the client requested a last-minute change order: two additional walls removed, with the deadline unchanged at just three days. We delivered, reclaiming the original scope and the change order without compromise.

The results speak volumes: the appliances went directly to a church family in need of a refrigerator and dishwasher. The cabinetry was sold immediately upon arrival to our store.
